It's surprising that there isn't a performing edition of the music in this book. You can't play directly from the book no matter how good you are at improvising arrangements or how much you know about 16th century notation, because the notes are sideways. I found this link after transcribing some of this, so there are only bass lines for the ones that I didn't already have.
Frank Nordberg, the webmaster of musicaviva.com has transcribed a slightly different set of these dances: ABC, PDF.
