The notes are as transcribed by Rafel Ornes at CPDL.org. But he only did one verse, and when we sang it at a party people complained, so Anne Kaslauskas sent me all six verses of the original Isaac Watts poem. (The Sacred Harp only used the first three, for obvious reasons, but our purposes are different from theirs.) The original etf file and the MIDI file from that are available at cpdl.org; this is courtesy of etf2ly, available as part of lilypond.
